Born in 1973 in Thessaloniki, Greece, he now lives and works between Paris and Athens. The art of Nicolas Panayotou is at the crossroads of kinetic art and geometric abstraction inspired by emblematic artists such as Vasarely, Agam, or more recently Ugo Rondinone. The artist's desire is to go beyond the limits reached by his predecessors and to pursue his research in order to achieve new visual effects and new fields of perception.

But Nicolas Panayotou is not confined to a single theme of research, he also explores all the possibilities related to color. His work is dedicated to the visual effects, the vibrations and on its cognitive perception that solicit the eye and invite it to decrypt the hidden codes of the work.
The chromatic range, the mixtures, the superpositions guide the spectator in the meanders of a singular chromatic range, a true hymn to life.
